We really liked the location. It was close to everything—restaurants, shops, malls, parks and even clubs. The room was quite spacious as well, with a nice desk area and a stylish and relaxing armchair. Bathroom is divided nicely. There’s also a balcony but we never dared to open it because it was too humid outside. Our room was located in the main street but the noise isn’t so bad at night. They also provided free water in a 1L bottle everyday. Breakfast isn’t buffet but instead ala carte. We actually preferred this because the quality of the meals were better and less waste. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help you.

For a hotel in Makati, it's not too expensive. My family was happy to make our reservations together in one hotel. We were 10 and booked 4 rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The staff and crew had genuine smiles, very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out were fast. Location is great, a lot of really nice restaurants in the area. Food was great at their restaurant. We reserved a table for 15, pre-ordered some food. Everything was perfect. Even if it's in a commercial area, it's still quiet at night. It was walking distance to the event that my family attended.

I've stayed at the Picasso I think more than 120 times over the last 8 years. I like the location, the spacious rooms, the overall cleanliness and the simplicity. The staff are gracious and efficient. The food at Pablos is very good and has improved in recent visits. Cocktails are great. Its not for people who need a big business centre, swimming pool and gardens. But for them there are loads of alternatives. LP Leviste Street gets better and better food options with every year. And on Saturdays there is Salcedo Market which is a treat. 7/11 next door is perfect for emergencies and milk.

The location in the heart of Salcedo village in Makati is absolutely perfect. There are so many great places to eat nearby, you can walk to some of the trendy places in Polacion and it is 30-40 minutes from the Airport. The rooms are very large and spacious, housekeeping is great, the gym is empty (which is good!) and you have Picasso restaurant and Cartel's excellent coffee shop right below you. Tremendous value and I will definitely stay there again.

I have routinely stayed at Picasso for over 16 years. I am a creature of habit who travels mainly on business. The staff are excellent, consistent, reliable and very friendly. The facilities are what they are and it is priced very well. I rate Pablos restaurant as a "go to" and the ability to sit on the street and have a drink, usually with someone to chat to. I think it is a great place to stay.
