The location itself is the main selling point. It's near the Jaime Velasquez Park where the famous Salcedo Weekend Market is held every Saturday. The rooms were, in itself, very good and well-designed. All the staff were very professional.

Spacious room, good air cond, comfy bed and clean. I really like it especially if you are on a business trip and you need a proper desk for your work. 7-eleven is just beside the hotel, very convenient! Overall, the staff was very friendly and nice. Excellent!

The location in the heart of Salcedo village in Makati is absolutely perfect. There are so many great places to eat nearby, you can walk to some of the trendy places in Polacion and it is 30-40 minutes from the Airport. The rooms are very large and spacious, housekeeping is great, the gym is empty (which is good!) and you have Picasso restaurant and Cartel's excellent coffee shop right below you. Tremendous value and I will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, our room was big and spacious, well designed, and the security and cleaning staff were superb. It was also nice that Cartel delivered straight to our room! I also like that I was able to print my transfer tax receipt at the reception. Great value for money! We’ll be back for sure.

Room was great, beds were comfortable and sheets were nice and clean. There was enough space for the four of us with our luggage, air conditioning was nice and cold. 7-eleven almost next door was convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Staff were super nice.

The room is really spacious, in fact for one person it was a little too spacious, but it's not a complaint. :) The room and toilet are very clean and they also provide soap and shampoo in the toilet which was great. I used the gym on both days of my stay and it was pretty empty in the morning so it was nice. There are no towels provided in the gym though, so you might want to request for one. Most hotel gyms have rusty equipment but the machines and free weights I used were in fairly good condition here.

I regularly stay here. Some great deals can be got on both Agoda and booking.com if in advance. The rooms are huge, very well appointed. The location is great - 1km to the east is Poblacion, loads of local bars and pubs and clubs. 1km to the west is Greenbelt with loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and high end retail. There is a great on site restaurant. There are plenty of breakfast choices nearby.

Loved how spacious the room was. The staff were always polite and super helpful - they were very quick to accommodate our requests. Location was also great - close to a lot of cafes and restaurants (plus the Salcedo weekend market!), with a convenience store just round the corner, and easy enough to arrange pickup with Grab/taxis.

Febbie from housekeeping was excellent! She far exceeded my expectations and anticipated my “needs” and request for the room. Please commend her for the good work. She’s an excellent and ideal housekeeping employee. I also like the privacy that was provided to me. I do not want my guests to know how long that I’m staying at the hotel.
